The organization also curates resources, and offers customized comprehensive services. Bea offers personalized one-on-one academic tutoring in literacy, math, as well as executive functioning to enhance students' academic performance, organizational and study skills. She also offers creative classes that fuse extracurriculars with core academic subjects. Through this personalized and innovative approach, students cultivate the mindset, systems, and positive habits necessary to excel in both their academic and personal lives.

About Bea

Meet Bea Crawford. Bea holds her M.Ed. from Bank Street College of Education and a B.A. from the University of Michigan. Bea brings 7 years of teaching experience in kindergarten through 5th grade in the New York Metro Area. She has taught all elementary school content areas in both private and public settings, including a clinical setting as an intervention literacy specialist.

Bea specializes in tutoring reading, writing, and math, serving as a Reading Specialist for K-8 and an Executive Functioning Coach. Bea supports families and collaborates with both educators and industry professionals to simplify educational decisions.

Academic Tutoring

    Customized enrichment or support in math and problem solving to help students develop a strong foundation or pursue new concepts with confidence

    Personalized instruction in reading designed to improve your child's literacy skills, no matter their grade level.

    Fundamental Components: phonemic awareness, phonics, fluency, vocabulary and comprehension

  • Writing

    Spelling, grammer, sentence construction, vocabulary, structure, voice and organization.

    Support reluctant elementary students to build skills, confidence and resilience as writers. Break down the writing process into manageable steps

  • Spelling

    Assessment based tailored instruction for phonetic, rule-based, visual and morphemic words. Support with phonological awareness, as well as the ability to visually recognize patterns.

Academic Interval Training

Review multiple or all subjects in short time intervals on each lesson and topic to maximize review, learning & practice. Includes games, puzzles, and problem-solving.
